SapphireOps

Practical AI & automation · Sapphire Coast

The repetitive work in your business, quietly handled.

SapphireOps builds simple automation and AI tools that take the slow, repeated jobs off your plate — the reports, the follow-ups, the data entry — so your team spends its hours on the work that actually needs a person.

Built by an operator, not an agency. I run my own business on the same tools I build for you — so the advice comes from having done it, not read about it.

What I do

Small, sturdy tools that do one job well

No grand platforms or year-long projects. Each piece of work is a specific, repetitive task turned into something that runs itself — built to fit how you already work.

01

Automate the repeats

The report you rewrite every week, the follow-up emails, the copying between systems — turned into a task that runs on its own and hands you the result.

02

Put AI to real work

Drafting, summarising, sorting, answering routine questions — AI aimed at the actual bottlenecks in your day, not bolted on for the sake of it.

03

Custom tools, made to measure

A calculator, a visualiser, a booking helper, a data tidy-up — a small purpose-built tool when the off-the-shelf ones don't quite fit.

Why work with me

I built these things for my own business first

I run Sapphire Coast Photography — a real business with a store, suppliers, orders and all the admin that comes with them. Over the past couple of years I've automated large parts of it myself: pricing, product setup, customer tools, the lot.

If I suggest automating something, it's because I've already done the same kind of thing and watched the hours come back.

That's the difference. Most "AI consultants" have never run the kind of business they're advising. I'm an operator who learned to build — so I speak plainly, I don't oversell, and I start with your actual problem rather than a shiny solution.

How it works

Start small, prove it, then decide

No big commitment up front. We pick one job, I build a fix for a fixed price, and you see whether it earns its keep before anything else.

STEP 01

A short conversation

You tell me what your team spends the most time on that a machine should be doing. No jargon, no sales pitch — just the slow parts of your week.

STEP 02

One fixed-price build

I take the single most painful job and build a working fix for it — a set price, a few weeks, and something you can actually use at the end.

STEP 03

Keep what works

If it saves you time, we keep it running and look at the next job. If it doesn't, there's nothing ongoing. You only continue with what earns it.

Shopify store builds

A Shopify store tailored to how your business actually works

I built and run the Sapphire Coast Photography store myself: live frame and size previews on every product, pricing tied to supplier costs, product mockups and automated email follow-ups. I can build the same kind of setup around your products, your suppliers and the way you like to work.

What's included

  • Theme selection and setup
  • Custom product-page tools
  • Pricing linked to supplier costs
  • Product mockups and an imagery workflow
  • Email flows such as abandoned-cart reminders
  • A handover so you can run it yourself

What you'll need

  • A Shopify plan, in your name
  • A Shopify theme, free or a premium licence
  • Your domain name
  • Product photos and descriptions
  • Supplier price lists, if pricing is linked
  • Any paid apps the build calls for

Development cost

To be determined once I understand the scope of your project. We start with a no-obligation conversation, then you receive a written quote before any work begins. Shopify, theme and app fees are paid directly by you, so you own everything.
